Remote Support Instructions

To assist you with your STL Industrial Laser Cleaner, our support team may need remote access to your computer. We use AnyDesk, a secure and lightweight remote desktop software. Follow the steps below to download, install, and run AnyDesk so we can connect to your machine.

Step 1: Download AnyDesk

  1. Open your web browser and go to https://anydesk.com.
  2. Click on the Download Now button.
  3. Once the download completes, locate the file (AnyDesk.exe) in your Downloads folder.

Step 2: Run AnyDesk

  1. Double-click on AnyDesk.exe to open the program.
  2. If prompted by Windows security, click Run or Allow.

Step 3: Provide Your AnyDesk Address

  1. After launching AnyDesk, you’ll see a 9-digit address labeled "This Desk".
  2. Share this number with our support team.
  3. Keep AnyDesk open while we establish the connection.

Step 4: Accept the Connection

  1. When our support team contacts you and requests access, a prompt will appear.
  2. Click Accept to allow the remote session.
  3. You can watch everything we do on your screen in real time.
