Remote Support Instructions
To assist you with your STL Industrial Laser Cleaner, our support team may need remote access to your computer. We use AnyDesk, a secure and lightweight remote desktop software. Follow the steps below to download, install, and run AnyDesk so we can connect to your machine.
Step 1: Download AnyDesk
- Open your web browser and go to https://anydesk.com.
- Click on the Download Now button.
- Once the download completes, locate the file (
AnyDesk.exe
) in your Downloads folder.
Step 2: Run AnyDesk
- Double-click on
AnyDesk.exe
to open the program. - If prompted by Windows security, click Run or Allow.
Step 3: Provide Your AnyDesk Address
- After launching AnyDesk, you’ll see a 9-digit address labeled "This Desk".
- Share this number with our support team.
- Keep AnyDesk open while we establish the connection.
Step 4: Accept the Connection
- When our support team contacts you and requests access, a prompt will appear.
- Click Accept to allow the remote session.
- You can watch everything we do on your screen in real time.
